Maternity Reflexology
Maternity Reflexology works on principle pressure points on the foot to prepare the body for the different stages of pregnancy, right through to post natal and breast feeding.
This therapy focuses on treating such presenting conditions as:
- Pelvic girdle and lower back pain
- Breech baby
- Morning sickness and heartburn
- Constipation
- Itching
- Anxiety
- Depression
It can also be effective post 37 weeks, for the preparation of birth and the first stages of labour. This treatment may be carried out from 12 weeks of pregnancy, right up until and during labour.
